Joel has been with Sign Solutions for over two years, but he brought with him more than eight years' experience crafting and creating effective signs. He works with clients to determine their needs, supervises design of projects and oversees the computer processes and inventory control.

"I like that every day is a little different" he says. "It is very rewarding to work on many different projects and to help so many customers with their signs."

Off the job, Joel is a movie buff who also enjoys playing tennis and basketball.
